We cannot accept:
Concrete • Large rocks • Roofing shingles • Tires • Hazardous chemicals (paint, oil, etc.) • Batteries • Asbestos • Medical waste • Flammable/explosive materials (propane tanks, gas cans)
Pricing & Terms
• Rental Period: 7 days standard
• Extension Fee: $25 per day
• Deposit: $150 refundable after inspection
• Overage Charges: $100 per ton or $5 per 100 lbs over included weight
• Obstructed Access Fee: $100 per day
• Cancellation Fee: $75 if less than 24 hours' notice
• Additional Fees: Relocation, unscheduled pickup, excessive contamination, or special handling
